Dear Occidental Community,
ITS will be performing off-schedule, emergency maintenance this Saturday, 11/7/2009, from 8:30am until 1:00pm. This maintenance is intended to resolve issues that caused the extended downtime experienced during last Saturday’s maintenance.
During this maintenance period, you may be unable to access ITS services. (Please note: Moodle will be unavailable for a brief period of time around 12PM). Please wait until 1:00pm when the maintenance period has elapsed and try to access the service again before reporting issues to the ITS Helpdesk. The Helpdesk can be contacted via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at (323) 259-2880. ITS staff will be monitoring both the Helpdesk email inbox and voicemail over the weekend.
Please note that this maintenance will not affect access to the internet or access to Oxy's wireless network. However, please be aware that this maintenance will affect your ability to utilize the Oxy Virtual Computer service from our public lab machines.
